海天禪寺2024年盂蘭盆孝親法會

本寺謹訂於7月21日(星期日)啟建「盂蘭盆孝親法會」，恭誦《盂蘭盆經》，藉供佛齋僧等法事，仰仗三寶慈力，超拔多世父母超生善道，現生父母增福延壽，以達孝敬報恩功德。

《盂蘭盆經》記載：目連尊者以天眼通見母親墮在餓鬼道中受無量苦，故以缽盛飯，送往其母。然飯食皆變為火燄而不得食。佛為其開示救母之道：七月十五日為僧眾結夏安居功德圓滿日，若以百味飲食置於盂蘭盆中供養三寶，能蒙無量功德，可救拔七世乃至多生父母，以報父母長養慈愛之恩。

法會因緣殊勝，屆時殷望護法善信闔府蒞臨，聞法共修，同增福慧，並回向一切有情，共證菩提。
